Wind east 15 knots increasing to southeast 25 this morning then
 diminishing to southwest 15 early this evening. Wind increasing to
 southwest 25 overnight then veering to northwest 25 Monday morning.
 Wind diminishing to westerly 15 Monday afternoon and to light Monday
 evening. Showers changing to rain near midnight and ending Monday
 morning with a risk of thunderstorms. Fog patches dissipating Monday
 morning. Temperatures plus 4 rising to plus 9 this afternoon then
 falling to plus 4 near noon Monday.
