Strong wind warning in effect.
Wind light increasing to southeast 15 knots late this afternoon and
 to southeast 20 to 25 near midnight. Wind diminishing to south 15
 near noon Monday then increasing to southwest 20 Monday evening.
 Rain overnight and Monday morning. Visibility 1 mile or less in
 rain. Temperatures plus 12 rising to plus 17 Monday afternoon.
