 evening then backing to southeast 25 late overnight. Wind
 diminishing to light early Monday morning then increasing to
 northwesterly 15 to 20 Monday afternoon. Rain overnight and Monday
 morning with a risk of thunderstorms. Fog patches forming near
 midnight and dissipating Monday afternoon. Temperatures near
 plus 18.
