Off to the Scrappers?? Nope!

Well the Previous report was all wrong.. Marine traffic Showed ABDALA as a RORO Container Vessel, with a destination of Alang. Rather she is a new build General Purpose Bulk Carrier, owned by Cuba. See more at Shipfax.

The RORO Container Vessel ABDALA is currently inbound for Bunkers. She gives her destination as Alang, India. Could this be her final Stop before the Scrappers?

The Self Unloading Bulker Baldock Arrived for Bunkers this morning. She sailed around noon.

Frisian Summer Loaded telephone poles and departed yesterday for Europe.

Finally the Tanker Pacific Innovator anchored, before taking her spot at Imperial Oil

Lady Christina for Bunkers

The general Cargo ship Lady Christina Arrived for bunkers this afternoon. She is Relatively small at 108m LOA. She is owned by Wijnne Barends Logistics and registered in the Netherlands.

She has a rather unique crane on deck for handling hatches, and presumably Cargo as well.

EXT THURSDAY, exactly 40 years will have passed since the Hudson, Canada’s biggest and most famous scientific ship, set out from the Bedford Institute of Oceanography in Dartmouth to begin what the mathematician, physicist and oceanographer Peter Wadhams calls “one of the last of the great globe-spanning multidisciplinary oceanographic expeditions.”
