Scandi Flora at Pier 9
Another supplier due to work on Shells Upcoming Exploration Project, Scandi Flora is tied up at pier 9 to get ready. She too has been registered in Canada.
Princess of Acadia
The former Digby ferry princess of Acadia moved from Saint Johns to the former coast guard base in Dartmouth Friday morning. bay ferries has painted out the logo, and returned the ship to the Federal Government.
No word on why she is here but she will likely be sold for scrap shortly.
Tim Mckeil departs for Newfoundland
Tug and barge departed Fairview cove yesterday afternoon bound for Newfoundland with 4 more cable spools
Pieces in place for The Big Lift
The big lift looks ready to go. The first bridge section is on the pier at Cherubini (above and below) and the lifting gantry is in place on the bridge(bottom).
CMA-CGM Melisande hangs around.
CMA-CGM Melisande Spent a rainy day at Pier 41 yesterday moving cargo – but rather then sailing, she moved to pier 36. (Pier 41 is hosting Colombo Express on her return leg)
She hosted a customer event of some sort today, and is scheduled to sail this afternoon.
